Law of Obligations

The law of obligations is an everyday reality of business — and at the same time an area where a minor mistake can have significant financial consequences. Clients most often turn to me in situations involving breach of contract, delay by the other party, liability for defects, withdrawal from a contract, contractual penalties, or claims for damages. I help structure obligations so that they are enforceable, clear, and commercially fair, and in the event of a dispute I choose a course of action that makes economic sense — whether through negotiation or through firm legal defense.
