I have been working in the legal profession for nine years. For me, law is above all a practical tool that helps clients resolve complex personal and business situations. I place great emphasis on a personal approach, careful preparation, and finding solutions that make sense not only legally, but also from a human and economic perspective. The long-term satisfaction of my clients is the most important measure of the quality of my work.
In addition to legal practice, I also have experience from the academic environment of the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc. After completing my master’s degree and a subsequent rigorous procedure in which I was awarded the title JUDr., I am currently completing my doctoral studies leading to the Ph.D. degree. I consider the academic environment in which I work to be an important complement to legal practice, as it allows me to systematically work with current case law, legal theory, and the broader context of legal regulation, while also coming into contact with leading representatives of the legal professions in our country.
As an academic staff member, I participate in teaching specialized subjects and supervise clinical legal education at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc. I also regularly attend professional conferences focused on current legal issues and engage in academic publishing. Part of my professional specialization is also the field of artificial intelligence and its legal regulation, which I research within the academic framework of the faculty of law.
My clients represent a wide range of entities — from international companies and businesses cooperating with foreign partners, through successful entrepreneurs, to individuals dealing with legal problems of everyday life. In practice, I focus primarily on family, employment, and criminal law; for corporate clients, I mainly deal with commercial and contract law. Within my academic and publishing activities, I focus long-term on issues of compensation for damage and other harm in relation to the state, questions of commercial law, and administrative judiciary, while also addressing other areas of law according to the needs of practice.
During my studies, my professional abilities were recognized with merit-based and extraordinary scholarships, and I also received awards both at the faculty level and at the level of the entire university, including an award from the Rector of Palacký University for exceptional contribution to the university.

How I Work
I base my cooperation with clients on trust, quick response, and clearly defined rules. I guarantee clients the possibility of an in-person, telephone, or online meeting within 48 hours. It is essential for me that the client knows what is happening in their case, why it is happening, and what the next step will be. For companies, I emphasize long-term cooperation, where I perceive the client primarily as a business partner with whom I share responsibility for strategic decisions, rather than merely as a consumer of legal services. For individuals, my goal is to provide the certainty that their matter is being handled decisively, clearly, and without unnecessary delays.
In the case of simpler or initial inquiries, I offer the possibility of a short phone call or an introductory meeting free of charge. The purpose of this meeting is not legal advice, but primarily a mutual introduction, determining whether the cooperation will suit both parties, basic clarification of the problem, a proposal for further steps, and an explanation of the fee structure. Everything takes place without any obligation to pay. This meeting may then be followed immediately by full legal advice and a comprehensive solution to the matter.
Throughout the entire cooperation, the client is continuously informed about the progress of the case. All steps are taken transparently, always based on the client’s explicit instruction and never without their consent. The client may terminate the cooperation at any time without being bound to any future cooperation or further obligations.
